About the Role
At LEAP Private Home Care, our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) provide compassionate, one-on-one support with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and companionship. You don’t need a medical certification—just a big heart and willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Support client mobility and safety
Remind clients of appointments and medications (non-adminstering)
